Branch Services Centre (BSC) is a Service provider to our Retail Distribution Partners responsible for the processing of accounting and administration activities that support the sales and service effort of TD Canada Trust. Credit Administration Services (CAS) offers a full range of centralized loan, line of credit and mortgage servicing as well as administrative support to branches in Business Banking or Retail.
Account Recovery and Fraud Management (ARFM) is responsible for the development and implementation of all collection and fraud management strategies.
Credit Centre Operations (CCO) manages the exception adjudication for all personal, small business and indirect lending products servicing both internal and external channels.
Service Quality (SQ) champions a culture of Lean Continuous Improvement where employees are empowered to eliminate waste and create more value for our customers. The Service Quality team uses Lean 6 Sigma tools to prioritize the most impactful projects for our businesses and customers.
Operations Solutions Group (OSG) creates value for Operations & Technology businesses by helping develop common strategic core competencies, capabilities and practices across Operations & Technology for vendor management, project management, business solutions & facilities management, customer & employee experiences and business diagnostics.
Technology Solutions (TS) provides leading edge solutions, delivery and support on a multitude of advanced technology platforms within TD Canada Trust.
Operations & Technology groups are located across the country with major centres in the Greater Toronto Area, London, Montreal, Edmonton and Vancouver and employ approximately 4,000 staff.
