Beata Caranci has nine years of experience conducting economic analysis in the financial industry. Prior to joining TD Economics, she worked nearly four years at RBC Capital Markets providing Canadian and U.S. economic analysis to foreign exchange, money market and bond desks.
Beata is the Director of Economic Forecasting for TD Bank and is chiefly responsible for the North American macro outlook. She is frequently quoted by the media on economic issues and writes reports on a wide array of economic and financial subjects.
Beata Caranci holds a Master's Degree in Business Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honour's Economics Specialist B.A. from the University of Toronto. She is an active member of Women in Capital Markets.
