Housing for Everyone Initiative
Since 2005, TD Charitable Foundation has partnered with nonprofits across the US on more than 630 affordable housing projects totaling more than $63 million.
The 2026 Initiative
The theme for the 20th annual Housing for Everyone initiative is supporting eviction prevention through early intervention in low-to moderate-income (LMI) communities.
Housing loss from eviction, displacement or gaps in safety nets destabilizes families, causing school disruption, job loss, poor health and insecurity. To address these barriers, we’re funding select organizations with innovative approaches that prevent eviction and provide stability so renters can remain in their communities.
