Everyone deserves a place to call home

Through Housing for Everyone, the TD Charitable Foundation partners with nonprofit organizations that help individuals and families find stability, navigate housing challenges, and build brighter futures. For 20 years, the program has invested in community-driven solutions that expand access to affordable housing, support people at critical moments, and strengthen neighborhoods across the U.S. because when people have a stable place to call home, communities thrive.

Responding to community needs

TD has intentionally shaped the Housing for Everyone program to respond to the changing needs of the communities it serves by prioritizing prevention, stability, and long-term impact. It is designed to support nonprofit organizations on the front lines of housing affordability, while reflecting TD's longstanding commitment to strengthening communities through stable, affordable housing solutions.

See our impact in action

FamilyAid helps to maintain housing stability

According to the 2023 Annual Homelessness Assessment Report, Massachusetts ranks third in family homelessness in the US. As a grant recipient, FamilyAid will be able to expand its Homelessness Prevention Program, partnering with Boston Public Schools and Boston Children's Hospital to provide families in need with housing support, financial assistance and other interventions to help break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.

Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS) tackles homelessness crisis

CCCS creates sustainable housing solutions that help individuals in New York City stabilize their living situation, with a focus on marginalized, low-income and underserved populations from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. With the support of our grant, CCCS can provide more emergency financial assistance and essential programs that target the root causes of housing instability.
