We're proud of our reputation - and our accomplishments.
These include the establishment of an executive resource planning process that identifies high potential women employees for promotion to senior management and executive positions across the organization.
We are also active in events and organizations that enable us to network and identify prospective candidates for employment. Among these is Women in Capital Markets (WCM), a volunteer organization established to promote the entry, development and advancement of women in capital markets. Designed to enhance the involvement of women in the industry, WCM offers its members diverse and creative opportunities for networking, career growth and personal development.
Meanwhile, the Women of Influence Luncheon provides opportunities for women executives and managers to network and listen to successful women share their career and life experiences, and their perspectives on a wide range of business and social issues.
