For MyInsurance customers, please note that the online security guarantee above applies only if you have chosen to connect an existing EasyWeb profile to MyInsurance.

MyInsurance does not offer an online security guarantee.


Our online security guarantee

In the unlikely event you experience a loss from an EasyWeb or WebBroker transaction you did not authorize, you will receive 100% reimbursement.

How we protect you

  • Secure firewalls help prevent unauthorized access to our internal systems.
  • Constant monitoring maintains the quality of our systems, proactively identifies unusual customer account activity and helps provide you with around-the-clock peace of mind.
  • 128-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption generally available, helps assure that your data can only be decoded and read by our secure online environment.

Your responsibility

As set out in our account agreements1, you are responsible for maintaining the care, control and confidentiality of your Access Card number, Connect ID2, MyInsurance3 username and passwords. TD Bank Group is not responsible for unauthorized access to accounts online or losses that occur as a result of you voluntarily disclosing your Access Card number, Connect ID, MyInsurance username and passwords, or the careless or improper handling, storing or disclosure by you of this information. In the event of loss, theft, misuse or compromise of your Access Card, Connect ID, and/or MyInsurance username or passwords, you must notify TD Bank Group immediately.
