Thanks for contacting us through TD Helps.
It sounds like you’re looking to apply for credit in Canada for your business. While we do offer credit products for businesses located and operating in Canada, we’re unable to provide credit outside Canada.
I recommend that you pursue your options locally, or if you are looking to take your business global, that you contact our nearest TD Securities office. Contact information for Europe and the Asia/Pacific region can be found at: http://bit.ly/1emBaRk.
Best wishes, Rajib.

I am sorry to hear that you cannot withdraw funds while you're outside of Canada.
Since TD Helps is a public forum, I cannot access your account to provide you with more information about what has occurred. Please give us a call anytime and we’ll be happy to look into this with you.
You can call our international toll-free number for EasyLine, IAC-800-2223-4561 (IAC - International Access Code), or collect to (416) 983-5393 and we’ll take a look at why your card is no longer working to help you get back on track. If you call collect, just advise the operator to select option “2” and then “0” so a representative can accept the charges.
Thanks for reaching out to us today, Nicholas.
