What is eServices in WebBroker and how do I sign up?

eServices is the digital home for all your documents, including statements, trade confirmations, tax documents, and voluntary corporate action notices. By registering for digital documents, you will avoid the fee of $2 per mailing for statements and trade confirmations.

Sign up for eServices by following these steps:

1. Select the Accounts tab from the top left menu.
2. Select Documents (eServices).
3. Click the Delivery Preferences tab.
4. Choose your delivery method.
5. Enter your email address and re-enter to confirm.
6. Click Save Changes.

Access to statements will start from the date you opened your account or for the past 7 years – whichever is most recent. Trade confirmations are available the next day. Tax documents are published as they’re processed, starting in late January through March.
