Giving back and pitching in

We love where we work and live—so we come together as colleagues, donating and volunteering all year round.

Great things happen when we come together

  • Sharing in the giving

When something matters to our colleagues, it matters to us. That's why we promote their volunteer efforts and donate to their favorite charities.*

  • Connecting colleagues & causes

Whether they're looking for volunteer events close to their homes or rallying for causes close to their hearts—our colleagues are always setting out to do great things. We make it easier with the TD Ready Commitment Network.

  • Leading the way to service

With their passion, kindness and sense of purpose, our colleagues make exceptional leaders. They're sharing these qualities with our communities—and learning along the way—through the Ready Commitment Ambassador Program.

Doing our part, year after year

Every year through our employee giving campaign, our generous colleagues raise millions for the people who need it most.

Getting out for our communities

Paying it forward with our Nonprofit Board Education program

Experienced TD leader Kim Davis is always giving back to her South Carolina community. And through our Nonprofit Board Education program, she's been able to take the lead for a cause that's close to her heart, supporting sexual assault and child abuse survivors at the Julie Valentine Center.

Racing ahead with athletes of all abilities

When U.S. Chief Marketing Officer Tyrrell Schmidt started volunteering as a running guide for Achilles International, she found community in what's often considered a solitary sport. Since then, TD’s joined her in making strides alongside the organization—and we haven't looked back.

Planting the seeds for a greener tomorrow

As part of our commitment to a more Vibrant Planet, we've set out to plant over 1 million trees in North America by 2030—and we're starting in our local communities.

Helping kids stay afloat at the Dragon Boat Festival

When Turning Points for Children needed to raise awareness for Philly's at-risk kids, it was all hands on deck at TD. See how we made waves with our longtime customer at the International Dragon Boat Festival.

Support in the workplace and beyond

*When you volunteer 40 hours or more with any combination of registered 501(c)(3) non-profits and log your hours through our TD Ready Commitment Network, the Network will automatically notify you when you are eligible to apply for a TD Volunteer Donation of $500 to your organization.
