Our People

TD provides a unique, inclusive workplace for all employees

Our goal is to sustain a working environment that is supportive of all our people – where every employee has the opportunity to realize his or her potential to the fullest.

President and CEO, Bharat Masrani; President & CEO, TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, Mike Pedersen, and the Senior Executive Team have made diversity a strategic business priority at TD Bank Group.

We invest in our employees and the communities TD serves in many meaningful ways:

  • Recruitment initiatives that focus on reaching the broadest possible talent by building awareness and relationships with well-respected regional and national organizations that serve diverse groups.

  • Mentoring tools and programs, including ones for new immigrant employees in Canada, women in leadership, employees who identify as LGBTA and members of visible minority groups.

  • Leadership programs built on a solid foundation of diversity and inclusion training.

  • Employee networks, developed to help employees from diverse backgrounds stay current on networking opportunities, customer products, services and programs targeted to diverse groups, including community activities, donations and volunteer opportunities. Over 6,000 employees were active in the following networks:

    • People With Disabilities Network;
