Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing Disclosures

The following is provided pursuant to the disclosure requirements of the United States Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System regulations at 12 CFR 46.8 and 12 CFR 252.58, respectively. Pursuant to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, those regulations require certain of TD's U.S. subsidiaries to conduct periodic stress tests and publicly disclose a summary of the stress test results.
