Embracing Black Experiences

We want to do more and do better for our Black friends, colleagues and community members. Black experiences, in all their diversity, are at the heart of our drive for positive, sustainable change.

We're listening, learning—and taking action

When it comes to building a better, more inclusive future, we're learning from the best. That's why we're proud to highlight Black-led organizations like No Grease! Barbershop as they elevate people and communities across the country. Because we know that people—those at the heart of these communities—are often the greatest makers of change.

See how stories like the Johnson twins' inspire us in our commitment to promote change.
