(CEI): We actively seek client feedback to plan our

The CEI is based on more than client satisfaction; it is also
based on client loyalty. This survey provides the means for us to
learn what we are doing right, and what we could improve on. We
conduct an annual client survey, in addition to regular polls and
focus groups.
