How to transfer money between TD accounts on the TD app

Learn how to transfer CAD or USD funds between eligible TD chequing, savings, credit card and line of credit accounts on the TD app.

Step 1: Go to transfer

From the TD app home screen, select the Transfer button.

Select the account you'd like to transfer money from using the From Account dropdown menu

Select the account you'd like to transfer money to using the To Account dropdown menu.

Enter the amount of money you want to transfer in the Amount field.

Alternatively, you can select one of the preset buttons for $50, $100, or $250.

Select the Continue button.

Review your information and confirm that the source and destination accounts are correct.

If you want to make changes, select the Back button.

To cancel the transaction, select the Cancel button.

Select the Finish Transfer button to transfer your money.

You'll receive a message and confirmation number for your records.
