TD Premier is an enhanced and personalized banking experience for TD Bank retail deposit clients with $100,000 or more in deposit or eligible investment balances. See Terms and Conditions below.

To be eligible for enrollment in TD Premier, you must have an existing retail deposit banking relationship with TD Bank and must have $100,000 or more in deposit or eligible investment balances. See Terms and Conditions below.

Enrolling is easy and convenient:

  • Call the TD Premier Client Concierge Center at 1-800-698-0816 to make an appointment to meet with your dedicated TD Premier Banker
  • Make an appointment at a TD Bank Store with an in-store Premier Banker

There are no fees to enroll in TD Premier.

However, you will continue to be charged the fees associated with your existing TD Bank checking, savings, CD and Money Market accounts. There is no fee waiver associated with your existing TD Bank checking, savings, CD or Money Market accounts associated with TD Premier.

TD Premier Terms and Conditions

ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS: You must be a client of TD Bank with a retail deposit account. Your combined balance at the time of enrollment must be $100,000 or more in one or more of the following accounts:

    • TD Bank, N.A. checking accounts, savings accounts, Certificate of Deposit accounts and Money Market accounts; or
    • TD Private Client Wealth LLC (TDPCW) TD Investment Services (US) investment advisory account(s) for individual, joint tenants or qualified revocable trusts; or
    • TD Wealth Management Services Inc. (TDWMSI) annuity account(s).

TD Premier is a personal banking service intended for certain personal and jointly held TD Bank retail deposit banking clients only. Business account balances will not be considered in determining your eligibility.

INELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS: The following account types do not qualify for the purpose of determining your eligibility to enroll in TD Premier:

    • TD Bank business checking or savings, CD or money market accounts
    • TD Bank corporate or professional entity checking, savings, CD or money market accounts
    • TD Bank Private Tiered Checking, Savings or CD accounts
    • TD Bank or TD Investment Services (US) estate accounts
    • TD Bank or TD Investment Services (US) guardianship or conservatorship accounts
    • TD Investment Services (US) corporate or trust accounts
    • TD Wealth® Private Client Group investment or securities accounts
    • TD Wealth® Institutional investment or securities accounts

4TD Premier customers may be eligible for an enhanced rate (the “TD Premier Rate”) on a new or existing TD Signature Savings Account. To receive the TD Premier Rate, you must:

1. Enroll or be enrolled in TD Premier; AND

2. Open a new TD Signature Savings Account or have an existing TD Signature Savings Account; AND

3. Qualify for a Rate Bump by maintaining an Eligible Account and linking it to your TD Signature Savings Account. "Eligible Accounts" include: 1) an active TD personal mortgage, home equity or credit card account; OR 2) an active personal or small business checking account, with (a) at least three client-initiated deposit, withdrawal, transferor payment transactions posted each calendar month, or (b) one direct deposit each calendar month. To link an Eligible Account to your TD Signature Savings Account, contact your TD Premier Banker

You can obtain current TD Premier Rates, Relationship Rates and Standard Rates on TD Signature Savings Accounts by contacting your Premier Banker or the TD Premier Client Concierge Center, or by visiting td.com/tdpremier. Important: Rates are variable and subject to change at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Eligible clients receive the TD Premier Rate, which is 1.05 times higher than the Rate Bump APY for a new or existing TD Signature Savings account.

TD Signature Savings Account rates are based on amounts on deposit (i.e., balance tiers) and whether clients qualify for a TD Premier Rate. The same rate may apply to multiple tiers. The TD Premier Rate offered to TD Premier clients increases the Rate Bump on TD Signature Savings Accounts by multiplying the applicable Rate Bump APY by 1.05. Rates are rounded up to the nearest one hundredth of a percent (0.01%). For example: If the Rate Bump APY for your balance tier is 1.75%, then the TD Premier APY would be 1.84% (1.75% x 1.05 = 1.8375%, rounded up to 1.84%).

If eligible, you will receive the TD Premier Rate on your TD Signature Savings Account within 10 business days after requesting the offer with a TD Premier Banker. While enrolled in TD Premier, your TD Signature Savings Account will be reviewed for eligibility on the first day of each calendar month and, if eligible, you will earn the TD Premier Rate for that month. If your account is not eligible for TD Premier, but you have a qualifying linked account, you will earn the Rate Bump for your balance tier. If you do not have a qualified linked account, you will earn the TD Signature Savings Standard Rate. If, as of the last business day of any calendar month, you are no longer enrolled in TD Premier, your TD Signature Savings account will revert to the then-current applicable Rate Bump or Standard Rate beginning on the first business day of the next calendar month.
Eligibility may be limited based on account ownership.
Offer may be withdrawn at any time. If you no longer meet the TD Premier eligibility requirements, you will no longer receive the TD Premier Rate. TD Employees and Canadian Cross-border banking Customers are not eligible.
