Kevin Hebner, PhD

Managing Director, Global Investment Strategist, Epoch Investment Partners, Inc.

Kevin is a global investment strategist. Prior to joining Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (TD Epoch) in 2016, Kevin served as a senior FX strategist at J.P. Morgan Securities. Before J.P. Morgan, Kevin worked as a global investment strategist at Third Wave Global Investors, Citigroup Asset Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management. Prior to Credit Suisse, Kevin worked at the Bank of Japan. In addition, Kevin was a visiting professor at Kyoto University. Kevin earned a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto and graduated from Queen's University with a PhD in Financial Economics and a MA in Economics.

Kevin will present in Saskatoon, Calgary, Regina, Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Montréal.

 

Bruce MacKinnon

Managing Director, Head of Private Debt Research & Origination, TD Asset Management Inc.

Bruce is Head of Private Debt Research & Origination and leads a team responsible for the firm's global research and origination of private debt, focusing on direct lending, structured and project finance debt transactions in selected corporate, infrastructure, energy and real estate sectors. Bruce joined the firm in 2015, successfully launching the institutional TD Emerald Private Debt Funds and growing Private Debt AUM to over $5 billion. He was previously President and CEO of the Canadian division of a global financing corporation where he created the Canadian financing platform and grew the private infrastructure and energy debt portfolio to over $1 billion. He holds a B.A. in Asian Studies and Economics from the University of Victoria and an MBA in Finance from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. Bruce sits as a member of the firm's Wealth Asset Allocation Committee and Credit Committee.

Bruce will present in Saskatoon, Calgary and Regina.

 

Louis Bélanger, CFA, FRM

Vice President & Director, Private Debt Portfolio Management, TD Asset Management Inc.

Louis is Lead Portfolio Manager Private Debt, responsible for managing private debt portfolios and raising capital from institutional clients. He was previously Managing Director for a Canadian financial services company, where he established the firm’s asset management division in 2011 with the creation of the first two Canadian private infrastructure debt funds. Louis holds a B.Ec. with Honours from Bishop’s University and an M.Sc. from Université de Sherbrooke.

Louise will present in Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Montréal.
