    This includes initiatives such as affordable rental housing, supportive housing with wraparound services, transitional housing, rental & home purchase assistance, financial education, housing preservation, and eviction prevention.

    A job can change a life.

    We fund programs that help people build skills, find work, and navigate career transitions, creating pathways to opportunity and greater financial confidence. 

    This includes initiatives such as skills development and certifications, financial education, job readiness programs, technology and digital skills training, skilled trades education, and other programs that help people prepare for a changing workforce.

  • Small business & entrepreneur support

    A small business can transform a community.

    We support initiatives that facilitate access to capital, mentorship, and resources for entrepreneurs, helping businesses grow, create jobs, and strengthen the communities around them.

    This includes initiatives such as business planning, financial education, mentorship, technology adoption, and programs that connect entrepreneurs with the resources and networks they need to succeed.
