TD Bank Visa® Gift Card
Please be advised that we no longer sell TD Bank Visa® Gift Cards as of November 1, 2022. If you still have unused TD Bank Gift Cards in your possession, your Gift Card balance is no longer available for use. You will need to request a redemption of any outstanding balance.
Before you begin, make sure to have your complete 16-digit card number and expiration date ready. Once you have these details, you may redeem your balance using one of the following methods:
- Visit a TD Store closest to you
- Call 1-888-294-2249 Monday - Friday 9 am – 5 pm (ET)
- Fill out, sign, and mail the Request form to redeem TD Bank Visa Gift Card(s) to:

Additional verification, such as your mailing address, will also be needed to complete your request.
Once we've confirmed your remaining balance and processed your request, a check will be mailed to the address you've provided. Please allow up to 30 business days from the date of your request for delivery.
Yes! You may submit a request form to redeem multiple gift cards, provided you can supply the information we need for each card.
While there's no deadline imposed to claim funds, TD is required to escheat funds after a certain period of time.

Escheat (ess-cheet) is a legal term that means unclaimed money is returned to the state. Each state has unique escheat laws.
At this time, refunds are issued by check only and mailed to the address you provide during your request to redeem gift card balances.
