Initial discovery discussion
We will conduct a comprehensive discovery process, to really get to know you, your situation and your goals and listen as you discuss your business, employees and family. Your local Relationship Manager will spend time learning how your business started, how it grew and where you want to take it.
Document your needs and goals
In summarizing key issues, the objective is to articulate and align the goals of your business with those of your life.
If you’ve already started your succession planning or haven’t reviewed an existing plan for some time, we may also be able to help you discover areas you’ve yet to consider.
Collaborate to identify the best solutions
