TD Go Reloadable Prepaid Card

What do the TD Go Card changes mean for me?

Beginning September 16, 2021:

  • You will no longer be able to add funds to your TD Go Card, including loads from family and friends
  • If you had direct deposit set up, you'll need to make alternative arrangements. Consider moving into a new or existing checking account

From now until October 14, 2021:

  • Use the remaining funds on your card by making purchases or ATM withdrawals
  • You can close your card early and request your balance be refunded by calling 1-855-219-8050

Beginning October 15, 2021:

  • You will no longer be able to use your card
  • If you have any remaining funds on your card, your balance will be refunded to the TD Bank Debit Card linked to your account by October 27th. If there is no card linked, a check will be mailed to you (check refunds can take up to 30 days)
