1TD Convenience CheckingSM monthly maintenance fee waived if the Primary account holder is 17 through 23 years of age. Upon the primary account holder's 24th birthday the account will be subject to the monthly maintenance fee unless the minimum daily balance is maintained.

2If you are under the age of 18, you must open a joint account with a parent or legal guardian as the secondary owner.

3TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available to Customers with an active checking, savings or money market account and using a supported, internet-enabled iOS or Android device with a camera. Other restrictions may apply. Please refer to the Mobile Deposit Addendum.

4For the TD Essential Banking account the maintenance fee is waived if the Primary account holder is 13 through 17 years of age. Upon the primary account holder's 18th birthday the account will be subject to the monthly maintenance fee. Please see the Personal Account Maintenance Information Grid for additional details.

5Overdraft Services do not apply to TD Essential Banking Accounts. We may decline or return transactions that would result in an overdraft. Transactions that you make may cause your account to overdraw but we will not assess your TD Essential Banking Account an overdraft fee or return item fee. For example, preauthorized transactions and other transactions may post to your account even when the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction.

6Monthly Maintenance Fee is waived for primary account holders ages 17 through 23. Upon the account holder's 24th birthday the account will be subject to the monthly maintenance fee unless the $100 minimum daily balance is maintained for Convenience Checking and the $300 minimum daily balance is maintained for Simple Savings.

7For the first 12 months, waived each month you have a linked eligible TD Bank checking account and a recurring transfer of $25 or more from a TD Bank checking account. See the Personal Deposit Account Agreement for more details.

9Savings Overdraft Protection transfer initiation is automated at end of the Business Day when the pending and posted transactions result in an overdraw balance. You may still be assessed an Overdraft fee ($35 max of $105 per day per account) if the transfer could not be made such as; if there is not enough money in the linked Savings or Money Market account to cover the overdrawn balance or if you manually transfer the money after overdrawing your account and your transfer is insufficient to cover the overdrawn balance.
