The No Clover Platform Fee will be rebated to merchants as a statement credit the month following the month in which the fees are charged. Maximum number of months the fees can be rebated is three months. Monthly credit will equal the value of the Clover Platform Fee outlined in the Merchant Processing Agreement. The maximum credit earned by merchants who receive the No Clover Platform Fee is capped at $45. Other standard monthly fees are excluded from this offer.
The Clover Go equipment rebate will appear in the Merchant’s Settlement Account up to 90 days after the Merchant Account is approved. Only one Clover Go device will be rebated per Merchant Account subject to a maximum equipment rebate of $165. Merchant must begin processing through their Merchant Solutions account during the first three months the account is opened.
The 1% Cashback offer will be rebated to merchants as a statement credit in the Merchant’s Settlement Account, the month following the month in which qualifying transactions are processed. TD Merchant Solutions will determine qualifying eligible net volume in its sole discretion (e.g., returns, chargebacks, etc. will not be included).
Earn 1% cash back on eligible net volume (valid gross sales minus any returns) processed during the month their merchant account was approved and the first two full statement cycles following the month the account was approved (maximum of 3 calendar months). The maximum 1% cash back is capped at $500. For example, if you processed $15,000 in eligible net volume during the first 3 months, you would earn $150 cash back.
