1Offer valid through September 3, 2026, and is available only to the person addressed in the mailer or email. Email recipients must open their new account online through a qualifying website. Account(s) subject to approval.
Savings Bonus: You will not qualify for the Savings Bonus if you are an existing TD personal savings or money market client OR had a previous personal savings or money market account that was closed within the preceding 12 months OR have received a prior personal savings or money market account bonus at any time.
After you have completed the requirements outlined above, TD will deposit the bonus in your new account on or before 180 days from account opening. To receive the bonus, your account type must be a TD Signature Savings account at the time of review, your account must not be closed or restricted at the time of payout. If your new savings account is closed by you or TD within 6 months after account opening, and the bonus has been paid, TD reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount at closing.
Eligibility may be limited based on account ownership. The primary owner of the new personal savings account may be required to complete a valid IRS Form W-9 or substitute IRS Form W-9 to provide certain identifying information. You may be subject to backup withholding at the rate specified in the U.S. Internal Revenue Code if you fail to provide that information or meet certain other conditions. TD may issue you an IRS Form 1099 or other appropriate forms reporting the value of the bonus.
Offer may be withdrawn at any time. TD Bank Employees and non-US residents are not eligible.
2Deposit funds in your new account based on the enclosed chart within 20 calendar days of account opening. On the 20th day after you open your account, TD will check your account balance to determine the Maximum Bonus you can earn, based on the chart located within. You must maintain at least the required balance based on the chart within for 90 additional days from the 20th day after account opening. If your account balance falls into a lower balance tier for even one day during the 90 days, your Maximum Bonus will change to a new bonus amount based on that corresponding balance tier (see chart within). For example, if your account balance on the 20th day is $25,000 or more, the Maximum Bonus you can earn is $300. However, if your balance drops to $15,000 on day 45, the Maximum Bonus you can earn changes to $200. If you fail to deposit at least $10,000 within the first 20 days of account opening, or fail to maintain at least a $10,000 balance for the 90-day period (starting on day 20), you will not qualify for this offer.
3TD Signature Savings Rate Bump: Rates are based off of amount on deposit (tiered interest rates) and whether you qualify for a rate bump. The same rate may apply to multiple tiers. To qualify for the rate bump, you must have an eligible TD linked account, which may be automatically selected for you during account opening. Eligible accounts include a TD personal mortgage, home equity or credit card OR an active personal or small business checking account WITH at least three client-initiated deposit, withdrawal, transfer or payment transactions posted each calendar month OR an active personal or small business checking account WITH a direct deposit each calendar month. See the Personal Deposit Account Agreement for more details.
4TD Signature Savings: Non-TD ATMs: TD ATM fees are waived regardless of balance. Any surcharges at the time of your non-TD ATM transaction will be reimbursed when the minimum daily balance in the TD Beyond Checking or TD Signature Savings account is at least $2,500. The institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may assess a fee (surcharge) at the time of your transaction, including balance inquiries.
5TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available to clients with an active checking, savings or money market account and using a supported, internet-enabled iOS or Android device with a camera. Other restrictions may apply. Please refer to the Mobile Deposit Addendum.
6Savings Overdraft Protection transfer initiation is automated at end of the Business Day when the pending and posted transactions result in an overdraw balance. You may still be assessed an Overdraft fee ($35 max of $105 per day per account) if the transfer could not be made such as; if there is not enough money in the linked Savings or Money Market account to cover the overdrawn balance or if you manually transfer the money after overdrawing your account and your transfer is insufficient to cover the overdrawn balance. Please refer to TD Overdraft Protection and Services for more information on Savings Overdraft Protection.
