How to rename Company Account Names
- 
					Select Administration from the top menu bar. 
- 
					Click ‘Set Company Preferences’ from the left-hand sub-menu. 
- 
					Enter the Account Name field and type the desired name beside the corresponding account number. 
- 
					Click on Save. Note: - A Save & Continue button will be displayed if your company has more than 100 accounts registered.
- If the Approval Required for Administrative Changes preference has been selected by your company:- Save will be renamed Save OR
- Save & Continue will be renamed Next.
 
 
- 
					Click Done if you were required to click Save & Continue or Next. 
Your request to rename your accounts will then be confirmed.
Note: special characters such as % # * ' @ cannot be used when renaming your accounts.
IMPORTANT: If your company has elected to set the security preference ‘Approval Required for Administrative Changes’ a Company Account name is not renamed until the Add User function is approved in the Approve Admin Changes page.
