Field Definitions

Step 1 of 2: Select Query Criteria

Type

Description

Account

Dropdown

Allows you to specify the account you wish to query.

Possible Values:
All Deposit Accounts
All Loan Accounts
Specific Account Number

Accounts are displayed in account number order (branch then account number).

The account dropdown box includes a listing of up to 25 accounts and includes only those accounts assigned to you.

More Accounts

Link

Allows you to select additional accounts.

Only the first 25 accounts you have access to will be displayed in the Account dropdown. You can access additional accounts, if you have more than 25, by clicking the 'More Accounts' link. When selected, a new page is displayed listing all additional accounts. Once an account is selected, you will be returned to the main Query page with the selected account populated in the account field.

Date Range

Dropdown

Allows you to choose a predefined date range.

Note: To enter a custom date range select 'User Defined' from the dropdown and enter your own Start and End dates.

Maximum History

Start Date

Text Box

Allows you to enter Start Date for the query.

Defaults to Today's date but allows you to enter up to the amount of Deposit Account History your company subscribes to.

Calendar

Link

Allows you to select the Start Date using our Calendar Control.

End Date

Text Box

Allows you to enter the End Date for the query.
Defaults to Today's date but allows you to enter up to the amount of Deposit Account History your company subscribes to.

Balances
(Opening/Closing)

Radio Button

Allows you to generate a Balance query.

This type of query displays the opening and closing balances for the account(s) and date range you specified.

Note: You can access a day's transaction details by clicking the applicable date link.

Transactions

Radio Button

Allows you to generate a Transaction query.

This type of query displays the individual transaction details for the account(s) and date range you specified. Depending on the type of account selected, Deposit Account or Loan Account, additional filter criteria will be displayed allowing you to further define your search.

Account Name

Display

Displays the type of account chosen.

Possible Values:
All Deposit Accounts
All Loan Accounts
A specific Deposit or Loan account

The account name will be displayed as follows:

  1. If you have assigned a user-defined name to an account, your account name will be displayed.
  2. If you have not defined a name of your own, the name defined as a Company Preference by a System Administrator will be displayed.
  3. If neither you nor the System Administrator has named the account, the display defaults to the TD Bank account number.

Account Number

Display

Displays the TD Bank account number.

Currency

Display

Displays the currency of the account.

Deposit Account - Transactions - Credits

Select All

Checkbox

Allows you to include all credit transactions in the results.
Note: You will not be able to select the other credit criteria when this option has been selected.

Other Credits

Checkbox

Note: 'Other Credits' can be defined as any credit that is not listed in the query selection criteria.

CMM Deposits

Checkbox

Allows you to include Centralized Money Management Service transactions in the results.

CTS Deposits

Checkbox

Allows you to include Corporate Transfer Service transactions in the results.

Backdates

Checkbox

Allows you to include backdated transactions in the results.

BCRS Advances

Checkbox

Allows you to include BCRS advances credited to the applicable Deposit Account.

Dollar Amount - From and To

Textbox

Allows you to enter the Dollar Amount range to include in the results.

Deposit Account - Transactions - Debits

Select All

Checkbox

Allows you to include all debit transactions in the results.
Note: You will not be able to select the other debit criteria when this option has been selected.

Other Debits

Checkbox

Allows you to include 'Other Debit' (e.g. Debit Memos, Service Charges, etc.) in the results.
Note: 'Other Debits' can be defined as any debit that is not listed in the query selection criteria.

CTS Debits

Checkbox

Allows you to include CTS Debit transactions in the results.

Backdates

Checkbox

Allows you to include Backdated transactions in the results.

BCRS Payments

Checkbox

Allows you to include BCRS Payments in the results.

BCRS Interest

Checkbox

Allows you to include BCRS Interest transactions in the results.

All Cheques

Checkbox

Allows you to include All Cheques in the results.
Note: You can not specify a Cheque Serial Number range when this option has been selected.

Cheque Serial Number

Textbox

Allows you to specify that you wish to search for a specific range of cheque numbers.
Note: You must select this option in order to enter a Cheque Number range.

From/To

Textbox

Allows you to specify the Cheque Serial Numbers to include in the results.

Dollar Amount-From and To

Textbox

Allows you to specify the Dollar Amount range to include in the results.

Loan Account - Transactions - Credits

All Credits

Allows you to include All Credit transactions in the results.

BCRS Credit Payments

Checkbox

Allows you to include BCRS Credit Payments in the results.

Loan Account - Transactions - Debits

Display

Displays the credit transactions you selected to include in the query.

Note: If no Credit criteria were selected, then 'No Credit Criteria selected' is displayed.

Debits

Display

Displays the debit transactions you selected to include in the query.

Note: If no Debit criteria were selected, then 'No Debit Criteria selected' is displayed.

Dollar Amount

Display

Displays the Dollar Amount range you specified.

Note: If no Dollar Amount range was entered, then 'Entire Dollar Range' is displayed.

Account Name

Display

The accounts selected are displayed in account number order.

The account name will be displayed as follows:

  1. If you have assigned a user-defined name to an account, your account name will be displayed.
  2. If you have not defined a name of your own, the name defined as a Company Preference by a System Administrator will be displayed.
  3. If neither you nor the System Administrator has named the account, the display defaults to the account number.

Account Number

Display

Displays the account number.

Date

Display

Displays the date of the transaction.

Description

Display

Displays the description for each transaction.

Certain descriptions are linked to provide you with further details of the transaction.

  1. CTS and CMM Transactions
    At the end of each business day, Corporate Transfer Service (CTS) and Centralized Money Management Service (CMM) transactions are consolidated and posted as a single CTS and CMM transaction. To access the itemized transactions, simply click the hyperlinked description and full details of the transaction will be displayed.

     

  2. Cheques
    Images of cheques, front and back, can be accessed by clicking the hyperlinked cheque description.
  • At this time, images are only available for cheques cleared in Canada.
  • There is a fee to view each image.

Debit Amount

Display

Displays only if the amount is a debit.

Credit Amount

Display

Displays only if the amount is a credit.

B/D

Display

Indicates whether or not the transaction was backdated.

Possible values:
N = No
Y = Yes

Transaction Results

Display

Displays the account number.

Date

Hyperlink

Displays the date of the opening and closing balance.

If transactions have been posted on this date, then the date will be hyperlinked allowing you to drill down to view the detailed transactions.

Opening Balance

Display

Displays the opening balance on this date.

Closing Balance

Display

Displays the closing balance on this date.
