Output formats

Description

You can request a report to be displayed in four different formats:

Report

Destination

Report (PDF)

Formatted report

Displayed on the screen at the time of generating the report and can be saved using your PC 'Save As' function.

If the amount of data requested is extremely large, the report will be generated off-line and will be available in the Receive Reports page to be viewed or downloaded.

BAI

BAI format

Report is generated and available in the Receive Reports page to be downloaded to your PC or Network drive in a zipped or non-zipped format.

CSV

Comma Separated format

Report is generated and available in the Receive Reports page to be downloaded to your PC or Network drive in a zipped or non-zipped format.

Tab Delimited

Tab Delimited format

Report is generated and available in the Receive Reports page to be downloaded to your PC or Network drive in a zipped or non-zipped format.

Note: The Non-Reporting Branches and the Net Change Summary Report cannot have an output format of BAI.
