Find Templates

The Find Templates page allows you to search the entire list of company templates by Template Name and Beneficiary Name.

Wild Cards
The wild card character (*) stands for any combination of letters and can be used to help search for templates and/or beneficiaries.

Search Parameter	Search Results
Blank or *	Will display all templates and/or beneficiaries.
*Text	Will display only those templates and/or beneficiaries that contain any combination of characters plus the text entered after the asterisk.
Text*	Will display only those templates and/or beneficiaries that contain any combination of characters plus the text entered before the asterisk.
Text	Will display only those templates and/or beneficiaries that contain any combination of characters both before and after the text entered between the asterisks.
Text	Displays only those templates and/or beneficiaries that match the characters entered exactly.

Search Grid
Once Search is clicked, a Template Grid, sorted by Template Name, is returned with your results as follows:

Field	Description
X Templates Found	Will display all templates and/or beneficiaries.
Select radio button	Allows you to select the template that you would like to either View or Select to use to create a payment.
Template name	Displays the template name.
Beneficiary's Name	Displays the beneficiary name.
Select Button	Will return you to the Create/My Reports function with the chosen template displayed
View Details Button	Allows you to view the full details of the template.
Previous/Next Links	A maximum of 100 templates will be displayed per page. If more than 100 templates are found that match your search then you will be able to move to the Next/Previous 100 records.
