TD Savings Deposit Aeroplan Offer (Terms and Conditions)

1. Overview

The TD Savings Deposit Aeroplan Offer (the “Offer”) is available only to existing TD Savings Account clients who (i) received this Offer directly from TD (each, an “Eligible Client”), (ii) hold an eligible TD Aeroplan Credit Card, (iii) are Canadian residents, and (iv) are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The Offer starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, September 18, 2026 (the “Offer Period”).

Eligibility: To be eligible to receive Aeroplan Points under this Offer, an Eligible Client must be the Primary Cardholder of an eligible TD Aeroplan Credit Card listed below as of Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Eligible Aeroplan Cards that qualify for this Offer are the following:

TD® Aeroplan® Visa Infinite Card
TD® Aeroplan® Visa Platinum Credit Card
TD® Aeroplan® Visa Infinite Privilege Credit Card

The Offer applies only to the eligible TD Savings Account and eligible TD Aeroplan Credit Card identified in the Offer communication and cannot be transferred to any other account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

“Aeroplan” means the Aeroplan loyalty rewards and recognition program operated by Aeroplan Inc., a subsidiary of Air Canada.

“Aeroplan Points” means the points issued pursuant to this Offer under the Aeroplan program in accordance with its terms and conditions.

“Eligible Client” means an existing TD Savings Account client who received this Offer directly from TD, is a Canadian resident, and has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of Wednesday, August 12, 2026 and is the Primary Cardholder of an Eligible Aeroplan Card and a Eligible Savings Account client.

“Eligible Savings Account” means the specific TD Savings Account identified in the Offer communication to which this Offer applies.

“Eligible Aeroplan Card” means the specific TD Aeroplan Credit Card identified in the Offer communication that is required to be held by the Eligible Client.

“External Financial Institution” means any financial institution other than TD Bank Group and its affiliates.

“Holding Period” means the continuous ninety (90) day period beginning on Saturday, September 19, 2026 and ending on Friday, December 18, 2026.

“Offer” means the TD Savings Deposit Aeroplan Offer described in these Terms and Conditions.

“Offer Period” means the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 and ending at 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, September 18, 2026.

"Qualifying Deposit" means a new deposit(s) or transfer(s) of funds (a minimum of $10,000) that are made directly into the Eligible Savings Account from one or more External Financial Institutions during the Offer Period and that are maintained in the Eligible Savings Account for the full Holding Period.

The following deposit(s) and transfer(s) do not qualify as Qualifying Deposits:

funds originating from an account held at TD, and
transfers originating from account(s) held at TD and cash withdrawals from another TD account.

Only externally funded deposits or transfers qualify.

3. How to Qualify

To qualify for the Offer, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

1) Make a Qualifying Deposit(s)

You must deposit or transfer a minimum of $10,000 in Qualifying Deposits into the Eligible Savings Account during the Offer Period.

Funds originating from any TD account, including transfers or withdrawals from another TD account, do not constitute Qualifying Deposits.

2) Maintain the Qualifying Deposit(s) for the Holding Period

You must maintain the Qualifying Deposit in the Eligible Savings Account for the entire Holding Period.

For clarity:

Any withdrawal or transfer of funds from the Eligible Savings Account during the Holding Period will reduce the amount of the Qualifying Deposit accordingly.
If, at any time during the Holding Period, the Qualifying Deposit falls below $10,000, you will be ineligible for the Offer.

3) Hold an Eligible Aeroplan Credit Card

You must hold the Eligible Aeroplan Card, which must be active, open and in good standing on the date the Aeroplan Points are deposited.

4. Aeroplan Points Awarding

At the end of the Holding Period, Aeroplan Points earned under this Offer will be determined based on the amount of the Qualifying Deposit maintained in the Eligible Savings Account for the full Holding Period.

Aeroplan Points are earned at a rate of 1 Aeroplan Point for every $1 (CAD) of Qualifying Deposits maintained for the full Holding Period
A minimum of 10,000 Aeroplan Points may be earned, which requires maintaining at least $10,000 in Qualifying Deposits for the full Holding Period.
A maximum of 500,000 Aeroplan Points may be earned under this Offer.
Qualifying Deposits and Aeroplan Points are calculated in whole Canadian dollars; any cents are not counted.

Aeroplan Points will be credited to the Aeroplan member account linked to the Primary Cardholder of the Eligible Aeroplan Card. Please allow up to 12 weeks after all Offer conditions have been met to receive the Aeroplan points earned under this Offer.

Aeroplan Points will be awarded only if:

all Offer conditions have been met,
the Eligible Savings Account is open and in good standing, and
the Eligible Aeroplan Card is open and in good standing,

5. Aeroplan Award Details:

Aeroplan Points will be credited to the Eligible Client’s Aeroplan account that is linked to their Aeroplan Credit Card.
Points awarded under this Offer are not eligible for Everyday Status Qualification (EDQ)
This Offer, Aeroplan membership and benefits are subject to the Aeroplan Program Terms & Conditions and any applicable Air Canada terms and conditions relating to a benefit, as determined by Air Canada in its sole discretion and as may be changed from time to time.
Aeroplan points have no cash value but are redeemable under the Aeroplan program for flights and other rewards. The retail value of rewards obtained using Aeroplan points will vary depending on a range of factors including the type of reward issued, details of which may be found at https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/aeroplan.html#/. Aeroplan points may be redeemed only in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions of the Aeroplan program. All offers are contingent on satisfying the criteria outlined in the Offer terms and conditions.
If this Offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this Offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Offer.

6. Limitations

This Offer may be changed, withdrawn or extended at any time, without notice, and is not redeemable for cash.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer applied to the Eligible Savings Account, whether applied automatically or by separate registration, unless expressly permitted by TD.
This Offer is non-transferable or redeemable for cash and applies only to the Eligible Savings Account and Eligible Aeroplan Credit Card identified in the Offer communication.
There may be tax implications associated with the Offer. Clients should consult with their personal tax advisor for more information.
This Offer may be revoked if an Eligible Client appears to be manipulating or abusing this Offer, or is engaged in any suspicious or fraudulent activity, as determined by TD in its sole discretion.
The Aeroplan program account, Eligible Savings Account and Eligible Aeroplan Card must all be open and in good standing at the time the Aeroplan Points are credited.
