1 Limited Time Promotional TD Cash Back Dollars Offer (this “Offer”): This Offer is by invitation only and is not available to residents of Quebec. This Offer starts at 12:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (ET) on January 10, 2027 (the “Offer Period”).

You are only eligible to participate in this Offer (“Eligible Cardholder”) and earn a Bonus Cash Back Dollars (defined below) if you are: (i) the recipient of this email; (ii) the Primary Cardholder of TD Cash Back Visa Infinite* Card, or TD Cash Back Visa* Card (“Eligible Account”); and (iii) a resident in any province or territory of Canada, excluding Quebec. If you meet all these conditions, your Eligible Account will be automatically enrolled in this Offer (“Participating Account”).

Only the Primary Cardholder of a Participating Account can earn up to a maximum $50 bonus Cash Back Dollars to be applied to the Participating Account (the “Bonus Cash Back Dollars”) based on the total number of mobile wallet “tap” purchases of the minimum purchase amount per tap (if any) indicated in the chart below charged and posted to the Participating Account during the Offer Period using any of the Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay mobile wallets (each, an “Eligible Wallet”), which purchases are not subsequently rescinded, the subject of a chargeback request or otherwise disputed (each, an “Eligible Purchases”) based on the following tiered structure :

^ No Bonus Cash Back Dollars will be earned if the Participating Account has less than 30 total Eligible Wallet “tap” Eligible Purchases during the Offer Period.

For clarity, purchases made using any other method of payment (e.g., debit or non-Eligible Account) or not using an Eligible Wallet do not qualify as an Eligible Purchase. Only one tier of Bonus Cash Back Dollars will be awarded. For example, if 65 total Eligible Wallet “tap” Eligible Purchases were made with a Participating Account during the Offer Period, the Primary Cardholder of the Participating Account will only earn $30 (total) Bonus Cash Back Dollars as the number of Eligible Wallet “tap” Eligible Purchases for Tier 2 (i.e., between 60 and 89 Mobile Wallet taps) were made but not enough for Tier 3 (i.e., 90 or more Mobile Wallet taps). 

If at any time during the Offer Period (a) the Primary Cardholder of a Participating Account becomes a resident of Quebec,  or transfers their Participating Account to another credit card product type that is not eligible for this Offer, or (b) the Participating Account is closed or is not in good standing (each event in (a) and (b) will be referred to as, a “Disqualifying Event”), then their Participating Account will be automatically un-enrolled from this Offer as of the date of the Disqualifying Event and any Bonus Cash Back Dollars the Primary Cardholder of the Participating Account may have been entitled to receive under this Offer will be forfeited.  

This Offer will be in addition to any other offers available to an Eligible Account.  This Offer may be changed, withdrawn, or extended at any time, without notice, and is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Please allow up to 8-10 weeks following the Offer Period for the Bonus Cash Back Dollars earned under this Offer to be awarded. A Participating Account must be open and in good standing at the time the Bonus Cash Back Dollars is awarded and applied to the Primary Cardholder's Participating Account. This Offer may be revoked if an Eligible Cardholder appears to be manipulating or abusing this Offer, or is engaged in any suspicious or fraudulent activity, as determined by TD in its sole discretion. 

2 Subject to any point-of-sale transaction limit set by merchant. Certain transactions may not be completed outside of Canada and in-app availability may be limited. Please check with the merchant about the tap limit before using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
