How to view or cancel a scheduled payment on the TD app
Learn how to view or cancel scheduled bill payments on the TD app. Log in to get started.
Step 1: View scheduled payments
From the TD app home screen, select the Bills button from the menu.
You may need to scroll down if your menu looks different from the layout in the example image.
If you haven't logged in, you'll be prompted to do so.
The Payment Activity section displays the last 3 paid or scheduled payments.
If you see the scheduled payment you want on the list, and wish to cancel it, select it and skip to Step 3: Review and confirm.
If you don't see the scheduled payment you want in the Payment Activity list, select the View All button to see all scheduled payments.
Step 2: Select a payment to cancel
To cancel a payment, select the payment from the list.
Cancelling a scheduled payment means future payments will also be cancelled.
Step 3: Review and confirm
Review information on the selected payment you intend to cancel.
When you're ready, select the Cancel Bill Payment button at the bottom of the screen.
Select the Cancel button to confirm the cancellation of this payment.
Step 4: View confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation number for your records.
From here, you can go to the TD app home screen, pay a bill, or view bills and scheduled payments.
