Ways to bank

From the branch, ATM, on the phone or online, we want your experience to be seamless.

Our retrofitted branches give you access to these accessibility features:

  • Dedicated parking spaces
  • Automatic doors
  • Wheelchair access teller stations and vaults
  • Tablets with real-time, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Adjustable touchscreen and audible instructions at ATMs – explore more features

We're adding these features in all branches where possible. Check with your local branch for availability.

To complete some banking transactions, call us:

  • 1-844-229-0787 to use Relay calls or Video Relay Service (VRS) .
  • 1-800-361-1180 to use Teletypewriter (TTY), which lets you talk to an operator using your TTY device.

We follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and use Level AA as our benchmark. Some features you'll notice on our new websites:

  • Compatible with most assistive technology
  • Easy keyboard navigation
  • Plain language, video captions, and transcripts

Explore RDSP and alternate document formats

  • Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP)

    Open an RDSP to help individuals who are eligible for the disability tax credit to save for the future.

  • Request alternate formats

    Alternate formats like Braille, large print, or accessible digital documents are available. Call us or visit a TD branch to let us know your preference.
