How to view or cancel a scheduled payment on EasyWeb



Step 1: View scheduled payments

Pay Bills

Go to the Accounts page on EasyWeb..

Select the Pay Bills option in the left menu.

Scheduled Payments

Select the Scheduled Payments button in the left menu. You will see a list of your scheduled payments.



Step 2: Select a payment to cancel

Payment to Cancel

Locate the payment you intend to cancel within the table on the main page.

Select the Cancel button in the right column of the table.



Step 3: Review and confirm

Confirm Cancel

Select the Yes, cancel button to confirm your cancellation.

 Cancel Payment Complete

A message will appear, confirming that you've successfully cancelled your payment.

From here, you can schedule a new payment or return to the Accounts page.
