How to register for Verified.Me on the TD app

Learn how to register for Verified.Me. This simple, secure system helps streamline the process of verifying your identity with healthcare, telecom, insurance and banking service providers. Learn more.
Before you register:

  • Install the Verified.Me app
  • Set up TD two-step verification
  • Log in to the TD app

Step 1: Access Verified.Me

Select the Menu at the top left corner of the home screen.

Select the Settings option.

Select the Verified.Me option from the Settings menu.

Select the Launch Verified.Me button.

Step 2: Sign up

Select the Get Started button once the Verified.Me app has opened.

Select the Sign In button.

Select the TD Bank icon from the list of financial institutions.

Select the Go to TD button.

You'll be directed to the TD app.

Step 3: Verify info and review TD terms

Review your personal information.

Fill in any missing information fields.

If you need to change your phone number or email address, select the Update TD Profile option.

If your name, address or birth date is incorrect, you need to update this information at your nearest branch before you can continue.

If all your information is correct, select the Continue button.

Review the TD Terms and Conditions for Verified.Me.

If you agree, select the Accept button.

Step 4: Review Verified.Me terms

You'll automatically return to the Verified.Me app.

After a few seconds, the app will reload.

Review the Verified.Me Terms and Conditions.

If you agree, select the Agree button.

Select the Agree button again to confirm your decision.

Step 5: Complete registration

A message will confirm that you've successfully completed Verified.Me registration.

You'll also receive a confirmation email.

Select the Continue button.

From the Verified.Me home screen, you can:

  • View recent activity
  • Access your profile
  • Add or delete connections
  • Change your settings

Next time you open a chequing account or sign up for a phone or insurance plan, use Verified.Me to make the process faster and easier.
