The Senior Executive Team has made diversity a strategic business priority and is playing a very direct role in driving the agenda forward.
Our Minority Leadership Committee is directing initiatives that include:
Developing training programs for new employees to Canada to help them improve their language skills and better understand North American culture
Recruiting staff to increase the talent pool of employees from visible minority groups at pre-executive levels
Enhancing formal networking and group mentoring programs
Participating in internship programs, which provides for a diverse and inclusive culture
