Online security

We go to great lengths to provide you with a safe and secure online environment, using the latest technology to protect your private information and monitor our computer systems. Firewalls and cookies provide additional protection. As well, we will not send you emails that might compromise your security, such as ones that request you to reply with your password or account information.

Protecting your information

Information security and protecting your privacy are fundamental to the way we do business at TD Bank Financial Group. We will protect your information with appropriate safeguards and security measures. All employees of TD Bank Financial Group are familiar with the procedures that must be taken to safeguard customer information. And to us, protecting the confidentiality of your information is more than a procedure – it’s part of our job. It is specified in our employment agreements and regularly confirmed in writing.
Our privacy commitments set out our commitment to protecting your information.

We have thorough, up-to-date security standards to protect our systems and your information against unauthorized access. Constant monitoring maintains the quality of our systems, proactively identifies unusual customer account activity and helps provide you with around-the-clock peace of mind.
