At this time, we encourage you to bank digitally and avoid coming into branches if you can. To help keep our customers and colleagues safe we have implemented some new changes to help maximize physical distance, reserve branch visits for urgent needs, and help our customers continue to find the best way to bank with TD during this public health emergency.
Many of our branches are temporarily closed, and others are operating with reduced hours. All branches are temporarily closed on weekends. Please use the branch locator to find out which branches are closed and to find alternative locations.
For urgent matters that require in-person assistance, we are temporarily dedicating the first opening hour to serve seniors, those who need extra assistance and populations with greater health risk. Please note, in Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced accommodation for physical distancing. We encourage you to make an appointment before arriving at a branch. Please note that changes to branch operations continue to develop, so be sure to check back.
For the health and safety of our customers over 75 years old and for our healthcare professionals we've implemented a new process in our contact centres to identify your call and automatically prioritize it in our queue.
We're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Green Machine ATMs, EasyLine Telephone Banking or EasyWeb Online banking and the TD app.
