Kelvin Vi Luan Tran

Group Head and Chief Financial Officer, TD Bank Group

Kelvin Tran is Group Head and Chief Financial Officer, TD Bank Group and a member of the Bank's Senior Executive Team. In this role he oversees Finance, Treasury, Corporate Development, the Chief Accountant's Department, Investor Relations and TD Economics.

Kelvin joined TD more than 25 years ago, during which time he has taken on progressively senior roles. Previously, Kelvin has served as Head, Enterprise Finance, Chief Financial Officer, TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer for TD Securities, and Chief Auditor.

Throughout his career, Kelvin has distinguished himself as a talented people leader, and an active supporter of diversity and inclusion both at TD and within the community. He is the Founding President of Ascend Canada, a not-for-profit organization focused on developing pan-Asian leaders.

Kelvin has been a member of the Board of Directors of Diabetes Canada and past Chair of their Audit Committee and was previously a member of the Finance and Audit Committee for the Markham Stouffville Hospital. He has served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance, Pension and Audit Committee for the Board of Regents of Victoria University in the University of Toronto.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University as well as a number of professional designations including Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant, Fellow Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Financial Analyst.
