Michelle Myers
Global Chief Auditor
TD Bank Group

Michelle Myers serves as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Auditor for TD Bank Group. In this role, she oversees the internal audits for all of the Bank's businesses.

A Chartered Professional Accountant and seasoned executive, Michelle has deep expertise in audit, finance advisory and corporate finance. Prior to her role as Global Chief Auditor, Michelle led TD's Controller and Chief Accountants' team, responsible for accounting policy, subsidiary financial reporting and regulatory reporting, and financial reporting controls. In this role, she also supported the Bank's Audit Committee and advised businesses across the Bank.

Michelle's contributions go beyond her leadership of the Audit team. In 2025, she was appointed Chair of TD's Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Council (IDLC), playing a critical role supporting how inclusion comes to life across the organization.

Michelle has been with TD since 2022. Prior to joining the Bank, Michelle was an Audit Partner at KPMG LLP where she focused on the Investment Fund and Consumer Product industries. She also worked in the firm's Department of Professional Practice, advising audit and non-audit professionals on complex transactions and areas of judgment.

Michelle holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She is active within the community and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for United Way Greater Toronto. She has also volunteered for several years fundraising for Women's College Hospital in Toronto.

Michelle and her husband, Jordan, reside in Toronto with their two children.
