Paul C. Whitehead Jr.
Senior Executive Vice President, Global Corporate Services

Paul is Senior Executive Vice President, Global Corporate Services, and a member of the Bank’s Senior Executive Team. He leads a broad enterprise portfolio spanning global client and colleague experience, transformation, enterprise real estate, marketing, Global Corporate Affairs and enterprise AI. In this role, Paul is focused on accelerating change, engaging colleagues and delivering more connected, More Human experiences for TD’s clients.

A career TD banker with more than 38 years of experience, Paul has led businesses and corporate functions across North America and Europe. Since beginning his career in Branch Banking, he has held senior roles spanning sales, product management, business strategy, business leadership and enterprise real estate. He brings a deep understanding of TD’s clients and their expectations, along with a track record of growing businesses and transforming operations.

Paul is a committed people leader who champions talent and builds high-performing teams grounded in growth, collaboration and accountability.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western University and a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University.

Paul and his wife live in the Greater Toronto Area and have two adult sons.
