As Canada Post continues to work through the backlog of mail after the recent service disruption, TD Bank Group and its employees remain ready and willing to respond to your questions and concerns.

Due to the uncertainty regarding delivery times this recovery period, we want to let you know about alternate methods to help you continue full, uninterrupted access to your account information.

Personal banking

EasyWeb Internet banking is our free, secure service for all your personal banking, saving and investing needs. With EasyWeb, you can:

  • • Check account balances
  • • Transfer funds
  • • Monitor account activity, including:
    • • Chequing and savings accounts
    • • Mortgages, loans, lines of credit
    • • TD Canada Trust credit cards
    • • GICs and Term deposits

Register online – all you need is your Access Card number.

Please keep in mind that you will still be responsible for making any regular payments as mail services recover, even if the mailed statement you usually receive has been delayed.

You also have the option of paying bills for many common merchants and services by using the TD mobile app for your iPhone, BlackBerry or Android device, using any of our ATMs, calling EasyLine at 1-866-222-3456, or visiting your local branch.

WebBroker is the TD Waterhouse service that enables you to access and manage your investment accounts online. With WebBroker you can access:

Register online today with your TD Waterhouse investment account number or an existing Connect ID.  Then, 48 hours after you’ve submitted your online registration information, call us at 1-800-667-6299 and a representative will provide you with the required login information.
