How to switch to Online Statements

Online Statements are flexible, convenient and secure. You can view, download or print them 24/7. 1

TD Business Credit Cardholders wishing to switch to Online Statements and Documents through EasyWeb or in the TD app will need to merge their business profile with their personal banking profile. Call 1-866-222-3456 to merge profiles.

It’s easy to switch to Online Statements:

  • On EasyWeb:

    • Login to EasyWeb Online banking. If you do not have an EasyWeb Online banking login, please Register now. 
    • Select the Settings & Services menu (👤) in the top right of the screen.
    • Select Statements & Documents. 
    • Go to the Manage tab, and then click on Edit your delivery preferences.
    • To switch all accounts to online delivery, select the Switch ALL to online checkbox.
    • Select the Save Changes button to save your delivery preferences.
    • Accept the Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents agreement.

  • On the TD app

    • Log in and tap the More icon (☰) in the bottom right corner. Select Settings, and then Statements & Documents.
    • To switch all accounts to online delivery, select Switch Now under Online Statements and Other Documents.
    • Select the Save button to save your delivery preferences.
    • Accept the Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents agreement.
