2026 TD Easy TradeTM Set It and Get It Offer (the “Offer”)
You can earn 10% cash back on recurring deposits or contributions made through a Pre-Authorized Deposit (“PAD”) or Monthly Contribution Plan (“MCP”) to a new eligible TD Easy Trade account(s), up to a maximum of $600 CAD per client. This Offer is available from October 5, 2026 to November 4, 2026 (the “Registration Period”).

How do I know if I am eligible for the Offer?
- You're a new or existing TD Easy Trade client, with your account(s) in good standing, as described below, at the time of participating in the Offer.
- You're the legal age of majority in your province or territory by October 30, 2026.
- You're a legal resident of Canada.
- You fulfill the terms and conditions listed below.
Qualifications
How do I qualify for the Offer?
To qualify for the Offer, you must:
1. Open a new TD Easy Trade Account through the TD Easy Trade™ App.
- Download the new TD Easy Trade app from the App Store or Google Play.
- If you are an existing client of TD Easy Trade, you must update your app to have the most up to date version of the app to access the offer.
- Open a new eligible TD Easy Trade account(s) (as defined above) between October 5, 2026 and October 30, 2026.
2. Register for the Offer in the TD Easy Trade app by November 4, 2026.
- Once your account is open, click on the "Set It and Get It Offer" card in the Offers Hub within the TD Easy Trade app.
- Review the terms of the offer and complete your registration.
3. Using the TD Easy Trade app, set up at least one (1) PAD and/or MCP in the new account(s).
- The initial transfer from your new PAD and/or MCP must be received in the eligible account by December 31, 2026.
- The PAD and/or MCP must be a minimum of $50 CAD per month.
- PAD and/or MCP can be set up at different frequencies, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly.
- For example, if you set up a semi-monthly contribution of $25 into your new eligible account, you will still qualify for the Offer as long as your total combined contributions are at least $50 CAD per month and all other Offer conditions are met.
4. Maintain at least one (1) PAD and/or MCP for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
- Continue the PAD and/or MCP for a minimum of 12-month period without any interruption.
- The PAD and/or MCP transfers may be altered, but it must not fall below the minimum monthly amount of $50 CAD during this period.
- You may withdraw the equivalent of up to 10% of total cumulative PAD/MCP transfers, to a maximum of $500 CAD during the campaign period, across any of your TD Easy Trade™ accounts without impacting eligibility.
- Withdrawals above this limit from any of your TD Easy Trade accounts may reduce or eliminate your eligibility for future Reward payments, as defined below.
The "Reward"
How will the Reward be calculated?
- You will receive 10% cash back on eligible PAD and/or MCP transfers that continued for a consecutive 12-month period.
- Cash back applies to deposits and/or contributions of up to $500 CAD per month across all eligible account(s).
- If you set up PADs and/or MCPs across multiple eligible accounts, all qualifying deposits and/or contributions will be combined for the purpose of calculating the cash back Reward, as defined below.
- PAD and/or MCP above $500 CAD per month across all eligible account(s) are not eligible for additional cash back.
- The maximum total cash back you can receive under this Offer is $600 CAD.
How will the cash back Reward be deposited into my account?
- The Reward will be paid in two installments:
- First Reward Payment: by June 30, 2027, after a minimum of 6 months of consecutive PAD and/or MCP transfers.
- This payment represents 10% of eligible PAD and/or MCP transfers made between October 5, 2026 and May 31, 2027.
- The maximum amount you can receive for the First Reward Payment is $300 CAD.
- Final Reward Payment: by December 31, 2027, after a minimum of 12 months of consecutive MCP and/or PAD transfers.
- This payment represents the remaining eligible PAD and/or MCP transfers made between June 1, 2027 and November 30, 2027.
- The maximum amount you can receive for the Final Reward Payment is $300 CAD.
- First Reward Payment: by June 30, 2027, after a minimum of 6 months of consecutive PAD and/or MCP transfers.
- Rewards will be deposited into your new, eligible TD Easy Trade account(s):
- If you only set up PAD and/or MCP in one eligible account, the cash back Reward will be deposited into that account.
- If you set up PAD and/or MCP in multiple eligible accounts, the cash back Reward will be divided and deposited proportionately into each account based on the amount of assets deposited and/or contributed into each account.
- The Reward will be paid in CAD to the Canadian component of the account(s).

- Funds must be held in the account(s) until November 30, 2027.

Additional Details
- To receive the cash back Reward, a client must keep their account(s) open and in good standing until the Reward payout. Good standing requires the account(s) to not go into a debit position.
- If you cancel or reduce your PAD/MCP below $50 CAD per month before completing the 12-month period, you may no longer be eligible for remaining rewards.
- TD Direct Investing does not guarantee eligibility where funding deadlines are missed due to processing delays.
- Recurring transfers made through PAD and/or MCP under this Offer will not be counted toward any other offer.
- Employees of TD Bank Group are eligible for the Offer.
- This Offer may be changed, extended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- This Offer is not transferable.
- There may be tax implications associated with the cash Reward. Clients may wish to consult with their personal tax advisor for more information. For registered plans, the cash Reward is paid directly to the plan and is not considered a contribution.
- TD Direct Investing reserves the right to refuse the provision of any Rewards and benefits under this Offer if it determines you have violated the terms set out above.

A Pre-Authorized Deposit (PAD) is where a client requests to set up a recurring deposit into a non-registered account. A Monthly Contribution Plan (MCP) is where a client requests to set up a recurring deposit into a registered account. MCP/PADs are separate from Systematic Investment Plan (SIP)/Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIPS) and do not mean cash will be invested automatically, only that cash will be deposited into the investing account automatically.
Please note: A Pre-Authorized Debit (also known as a PAD) is a recurring withdrawal from an account. Withdrawals do not qualify for this offer. Only recurring deposits or contributions made into an eligible TD Easy Trade account are eligible.

To set up an PAD/MCP:
- Open the TD Easy Tradeapp
- Select the 'Move Money' icon at the bottom of the screen
- Choose where the money is coming from:
- 'Cash between My TD Accounts'
- 'Cash from outside TD'
If you select 'Cash between My TD Accounts':
- Choose the From account
- Choose the To account
- Enter the transfer amount
- Select how often you want the transfer to repeat:
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Semi-monthly
- Monthly
- Review the details and submit the transfer
If you select 'Cash from outside TD':
- Select Recurring
- Follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup
Reminder: To qualify for the offer, your PAD/MCP must be at least $50 CAD per month in total across your new eligible TD Easy Trade account(s), and your first transfer must be received by December 31, 2026.
After registering for the offer, you will receive an in-app enrollment confirmation to confirm that your registration was successful.
If you forgot to register while opening a new account, you can still register until November 4, 2026 by clicking on the "Set It and Get It Offer" card in the Offers Hub within the TD Easy Trade app – you just need a valid, eligible account number. The Offer Hub is the gift icon on the top right of the screen.
To qualify for this Offer, you must open a new eligible TD Easy Trade account between October 5, 2026 and October 30, 2026, and register for the Offer by November 4, 2026. Existing accounts, or accounts opened before October 5, 2026 or after October 30, 2026, are not eligible. If you already have one of the eligible account types and open another new eligible account during the offer period, only the new account will qualify.
Yes. To qualify for the reward, you must set up eligible PAD/MCPs with a minimum total monthly contribution of $50 CAD across your new eligible TD Easy Trade account(s). This can be set up in one new eligible account or split across multiple new eligible accounts opened during the offer period. For example, if you set up a monthly $25 PAD/MCP in a TFSA and a monthly $25 PAD/MCP in a Cash account, you will meet the $50 monthly minimum and qualify for the contribution matching reward.
To receive the full reward, you must maintain your eligible PAD/MCPs with a minimum total monthly contribution of $50 CAD for 12 consecutive months. You may withdraw the equivalent of up to 10% of total cumulative PAD/MCP transfers, to a maximum of $500 CAD during the campaign period, across any of your TD Easy Trade accounts without impacting eligibility. No. Clients will not be able to view an estimated reward amount before the payout date. If you qualify for the reward, you will see the reward amount displayed on the payout card within the TD Easy Trade app.
The maximum reward for this offer is $600 CAD per client. Each reward installment has a maximum value of $300 CAD, so the total maximum reward you can receive across both installments is $600 CAD.
