4. A 50% rebate on subsequent commission trading fees will be applied following the completion of the first 10 commission trades or after 12 months from opening a TD Direct Investing account, whichever occurs first. 5. Maintenance fees charged to the account will be rebated on a quarterly calendar basis during the first 12 months after the account is opened.

6. If the client turns 26 within the first year, rebate promotions stay active until the end of that 12-month period.

7. To remain eligible for all discounts on the TD Direct Investing account, clients must maintain a TD Student Chequing account in good standing and be 25 years of age or younger.
