Set up a Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan


Recurring contributions may help you reach your financial goals faster, even during market downturns. You can invest as little as $25 per transaction and adjust your contribution amount or frequency as often as you wish. To get started, sign in to EasyWeb.

Once you've signed in, here is a brief overview on how to set up a Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan.

1. Go to the Accounts page
2. Add Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan
3. Enter transaction information
4. Review and finish transaction

Step 1: Go to the Accounts page

From the Accounts home screen, select the Mutual Funds account you wish to use to set up a Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan (PPP). 



Step 2: Add Pre-Authorized Purchase Plan

On the Investments page under the left-hand menu, select Pre-Authorized Purchase Plans (PPP) or select Add New PPP from the row of Mutual Fund buttons below the Your Mutual Fund Holdings list. 


Step 3: Enter transaction information

In the Account drop down menu ensure the Mutual Fund displayed is the fund you wish to contribute to.

Please note, you can only add a PPP to funds you already own. 

In the Amount field, enter the amount of money you wish to contribute.

Select Yes or No from Are you using borrowed money to make this investment?  

Keep in mind, investments cannot be purchased online using borrowed money. 

From the Frequency drop down menu, select your contribution frequency. 

From the Process on menu, select the day you wish to have your funds processed on. 

Please note, the Fund Category and Fund drop down menus will auto-populate with Mutual Funds you currently own. 

From the Start Date drop down, first select the month you want to start contributions.

Next, in the form field, enter the numerical day of the month. Or select a date from the calendar link provided.

In the E-mail field, the email on file will auto-populate. If there is no e-mail address on file, enter your e-mail address in this field .

In the Daytime Phone# field enter your phone number and extension (if you have one).

Select the Next button to continue.


Step 4: Review and finish transaction

Review the information to make sure it's correct.

Read Please View the Fund Facts by viewing or downloading the document to review key information about the fund’s risk factors, past performance, costs, and investor rights. 

Check the consent box to acknowledge you have reviewed the Fund Facts and agree to receive them electronically.  

Select I accept once you have read the documents and checked the consent box.

You'll receive a confirmation for your records.
