If your TD Access Card is misplaced

If you have misplaced your TD Access Card, know you can have peace of mind while you look for it. Lock your card using the TD app for added security and protection of your accounts. If you find it, simply unlock with the same easy steps.
If your TD Access Card is lost or stolen

If you are unable to locate your TD Access Card, or believe it has been stolen, lock your card using the TD app, calling 1-866-222-3456 or visiting your nearest TD Canada Trust branch to notify us immediately. A replacement card can be obtained quickly at any branch.

Lock and unlock your TD Access Card in three simple steps

You can easily lock and unlock your TD Access Card through the TD app while you look for it. When locked, only pre-authorized payments, bill payments and transfers will be processed. If you find your card, it’s just as easy to unlock.

Log in to the TD app, select the account linked to the Access Card you want to lock
Select the ‘Access Cards’ quick link on the Account Summary page
Choose your TD Access Card and select ‘Lock Card’

Change transaction limits on your TD Access Card in three simple steps

Within the TD app, you have the flexibility to change the transaction limits for ATM withdrawals, point-of-sale purchases and online & telephone payments.

Log in to the TD app, select the account linked to the Access Card you want to change transaction limits on
Select the 'Details' tab and then 'Transaction Limit'
Click 'View Details' and select your new limit
