§ The $100 Cash Offer is available to full-time post-secondary students enrolled in an accredited university or college in Canada or elsewhere, who are Canadian residents that do not have an existing TD chequing account, that are the age of majority at time of account opening in their province or territory of residence. We reserve the right to limit the number of accounts opened and the number of cash offers by any one person. For any new TD Student Chequing Account that is a joint account, at least one account holder on the new TD Student Chequing Account must meet the eligibility requirements. Limit of one $100 Cash Offer per customer, per new TD Student Chequing Account. The $100 Cash Offer will be deposited to the New TD Student Account within 12 weeks after all conditions have been met, provided that the new TD Student Chequing Account is still open, in good standing, with all conditions continuing to be met. Overdraft Protection is an optional financial product which you can apply and be approved for1. It's a way to help you cover occasional shortfalls from transactions that may occur in that account up to an approved limit.
If you withdraw more than you have in your account, within your overdraft limit, the account incurs a negative balance. You can pay your outstanding overdraft balance by making a deposit into your account with the Overdraft Protection service.
