While you’re free to use the payment method of your choice to pay for a food order or Uber ride, the complimentary Uber One membership benefits will only apply when you pay using an Eligible TD Card. Uber One membership benefits will not apply if you pay for Uber services with:

• Any third-party payment options such as Apple Pay or PayPal
• Any TD Card not eligible for this offer
• Any card issued by another financial institution

6-Month Complimentary Uber One Membership:
Unless you cancel your complimentary Uber One membership prior to the end of your complimentary period, after your complimentary trial period ends your Uber One membership will automatically renew as a paid monthly membership. However, with your Eligible TD Card, you'll receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular monthly subscription fee of $9.99/month plus taxes. To receive the discount your Eligible TD Card must be your payment method within the Uber app. The discounted fee amount plus applicable taxes will be automatically billed to the default payment method in your Uber App or Uber Eats App. Thirty (30) days prior to the end of your complimentary period, Uber will send you a notice, reminding you that: (i) your complimentary Uber One membership is about to expire, (ii) your membership will automatically renew into a paid monthly Uber One membership at the end of your complimentary period, and (iii) you will be automatically billed the then current Pass Rate unless you cancel your membership prior to the scheduled payment.

3-Month Complimentary Uber One Membership:
Unless you cancel your complimentary Uber One membership prior to the expiry of your complimentary period, after your complimentary trial period ends your Uber One membership will automatically renew into a paid monthly Uber One membership subscription.

Thirty (30) days prior to the end of your complimentary period, Uber will send you a notice, reminding you that: (i) your complimentary Uber One membership is about to expire, (ii) your membership will automatically renew into a paid monthly Uber One membership at the end of your complimentary period, and (iii) you will be automatically billed the then current Pass Rate unless you cancel your membership prior to the scheduled payment.

Eligible TD Cardholders are only entitled to receive this offer on one Uber account. If an Eligible TD Card is added to multiple Uber accounts, only the first Uber account to which the Eligible TD Card is added will be eligible for the offer. You will only be entitled to one complimentary Uber One membership.

If your Eligible TD Card expires, you must update your Uber Wallet with the details of the replacement card issued by TD to continue using your complimentary Uber One membership. If you replace or transfer your Eligible TD Card to another Eligible TD Card within the same offer period, the Uber One membership benefits will still apply after you update your Uber Wallet with the details of your new Eligible TD Card. The Uber One membership benefits will continue to apply as long as you continue to use an Eligible TD Card, and will end on expiry of your complimentary Uber One membership benefit window of 3 or 6 months following your initial enrollment date.

You can cancel your Uber One membership at any time by selecting “Manage Membership” within the Uber One section of the “Account” tab in the Uber App or Uber Eats App up to 48 hours before the expiry of your complimentary period. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next scheduled payment, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded.

Customers are recommended to reach out to Uber support by selecting “Help”, and “Membership” under the “Account” tab of your Uber or Uber Eats App. If you are eligible, Uber support will issue a refund. If you are not eligible for a refund and no longer wish to continue with your Uber One membership, Uber support can assist you with the cancellation of your membership.

Yes. When you add an Uber Gift Card to your Uber account, it converts into Uber Cash and can be used to pay for rides or food orders. As long as your Eligible TD Card is set as the default payment method in your Uber Wallet, you’ll still receive your complimentary Uber One membership benefits – even if Uber Cash is used to cover all or part of the cost of your rides and/or food orders.
