¹ No transaction fees for transfers or pre-authorized transfer services from this account to another TD chequing or savings account, except for transfers by cheque or through Interac e-Transfer®, which are treated as Debit Transactions.

³ Customers with a TD Unlimited Chequing Account ("Unlimited Account") are eligible for an Annual Fee Rebate (defined below) on one Eligible TD Credit Card for the first calendar year the card is open.  TD Credit Card is subject to credit approval.

The "Eligible TD Credit Cards" are: TD® Aeroplan® Visa Infinite* Card, TD® Aeroplan® Visa Platinum* Card, TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* Card, TD Platinum Travel Visa* Card or TD Cash Back Visa Infinite* Card.

The "Annual Fee Rebate" is:

Up to $139 towards the annual fee charged for the Primary Cardholder of the Eligible TD Credit Card, or the amount of the annual fee charged for the Primary Cardholder if that amount is less than $139.

No rebate is provided for the Additional Cardholder annual fee. The amount of the Annual Fee Rebate will not exceed the annual fee charged to the Eligible TD Credit Card.

An Unlimited Account provides a maximum of one Annual Fee Rebate. This means:

If you have an Unlimited Account and you have more than one Eligible TD Credit Card, only one Eligible TD Credit Card can receive an Annual Fee Rebate. We will apply the Annual Fee Rebate to the Eligible TD Credit Card with the highest Primary Cardholder annual fee, or,if multiple Eligible TD Credit Cards have the same Primary Cardholder annual fee, to the Eligible TD Credit Card opened first.

If the Unlimited Account is a joint account, only one accountholder can receive an Annual Fee Rebate We will apply rebate to the Eligible TD Credit Card in accordance with the criteria above.

In order to receive an Annual Fee Rebate on your Eligible TD Credit Card:

You must have an Unlimited Account and meet the Terms and Conditions at least three business days prior to the date the annual fee is charged. 
At the time the annual fee is charged to your Eligible TD Credit Card, the Unlimited Account and the Eligible TD Credit Card must be open and in good standing.

The Annual Fee Rebate will be applied within two monthly statements from the date of the statement with the annual fee charge.

Closing your Eligible TD Credit Card or transferring to another credit card product before the Annual Fee Rebate has been provided may result in forfeiture of an Annual Fee Rebate.

If you are no longer eligible for the Annual Fee Rebate, the annual fee will be charged to the TD Credit Card Account and the Annual Fee Rebate will not be applied. To learn about the amount and timing of the annual fee, see the Disclosure Statement for your Eligible TD Credit Card. The terms of this Annual Fee Rebate may be changed, withdrawn, or extended at any time.

This Annual Fee Rebate cannot be combined with any other Annual Fee Rebate applicable to the Eligible TD Credit Card.

Interest rates, fees and features are effective as of November 6, 2025, unless otherwise indicated, and are subject to change.

Value is based on the majority of current Aeroplan cardholders receiving a value of $0.02/points or more when redeeming for a flight as of September 1, 2025. Redemption calculation is based on actual flight redemptions made by cardholders between the period of November 8, 2020 – September 1, 2025. 

Aeroplan points have no cash value but are redeemable under the Aeroplan program for flights and other rewards. Aeroplan points may be redeemed only in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions of the Aeroplan program. Even if TD approves your application for an Account, the award and issuance of any Aeroplan points pursuant to an offer is subject to the Aeroplan program general Terms and Conditions located at aircanada.com/Aeroplan-termsandconditions, which provide that incentive or bonus Aeroplan points offered (including, for example, the Welcome Bonus, Additional Bonus and Anniversary Bonus described in this offer) to become an Aeroplan credit cardholder and/or to activate, use or hold a new Aeroplan credit card may not be issued and may be revoked in certain circumstances including, but not limited to, if you have previously received welcome or other incentive Aeroplan points in connection with the opening, activation, use or holding of a new Aeroplan credit card account with TD or another issuer of the same card category type as the Account

⁵ Primary Cardholder remains liable for all charges to the account, including those made by any Additional Cardholder.

Quebec Only:

Annual Fees: To be charged on the first statement after your first use of the Card, and annually thereafter in the same month. 
Billing Cycle/ Statement period: Can start on any calendar day of the month and can vary in length, although it lasts approximately one month. 
Grace Period: You will benefit from an interest-free grace period of at least 21 days on Purchases if we receive payment in full on the Balance on your current statement by the Payment Due Date. There is no interest-free grace period on Cash Advances (including Balance Transfers, Cash-Like Transactions and TD Visa Cheques). 
Minimum Payment: Your minimum payment is the greater of 5% of your New Balance or $10, plus all past due amounts and any amount that exceeds your credit limit. If the New Balance is less than $10, then the minimum payment is equal to the New Balance.

⁶ A Primary Cardholder or Additional Cardholder, and up to eight (8) other passengers travelling on the same reservation (up to a maximum of nine (9) travellers), are each entitled to a free first checked bag up to 23kg/50lbs. Benefit only applies when checking in with Air Canada, for a flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or under the Air Canada Express brand. Benefit is not available if check-in is with another airline. If the first checked bag is already complimentary (for example, as a result of Aeroplan Elite Status or fare purchased), there is no additional checked bag benefit that will be provided. Free first checked bag benefit may not be applied retroactively, and no refunds will be issued. Service charges for additional/oversized/overweight baggage may apply. ⁷ The Account will receive a statement credit up to a maximum of $100 CAD for the amount posted to the Account for a NEXUS program membership application fee (new and renewal), whether or not the applicant is approved for membership in the NEXUS program (each, a "NEXUS Statement Credit"). There is a maximum of four (4) NEXUS Statement Credits available when a qualifying NEXUS program membership application fee is posted to the Account in any given 48-month period and the number of available NEXUS Statement Credits will be equal to the number of Cardholders on the Account when a qualifying NEXUS program membership application fee is posted to your Account. The 48-month period starts when the first qualifying NEXUS program membership application fee is posted to the Account. To be eligible for the NEXUS Statement Credit, the Account must be in good standing at the time the NEXUS program membership application fee is charged and posted on the Account. NEXUS means the expedited border control program offered jointly by the Canada Border Services Agency and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The terms of the NEXUS program are established by NEXUS. The Toronto-Dominion Bank and its affiliates are not involved with or responsible for the NEXUS program.

⁸ Earn 1% in Cash Back Dollars on Purchases you make on your TD Cash Back Visa Card ("Account") at merchants classified by the Visa payment network's Merchant Category Code ("MCC") as Grocery Stores and Supermarkets (MCC 5411) ("Grocery Purchases"), or Gas Service Stations (MCC 5541), Automated Fuel Dispensers (MCC 5542), and Electric Vehicle Charging (MCC 5552) ("Gas & Electric Vehicle Charging Purchases"), or Local and Suburban Commuter Passenger Transportation, Including Ferries (MCC 4111) ("Public Transit Purchases"), or Digital Goods Media – Books, Movies, Music (MCC 5815), Digital Goods – Games (MCC 5816), Digital Goods – Applications (MCC 5817), Digital Goods – Large Digital Goods Merchants (MCC 5818), Cable, Satellite and Other Pay Television/Radio/Streaming Services (MCC 4899) ("Streaming, Digital Gaming & Media Purchases"), or that are classified by the Visa payment network as recurring payments that are pre-authorized with a merchant to occur on a monthly or other regularly recurring basis ( "Recurring Bill Payments"). The Cash Back Dollar earn rate for the following purchase categories: (i) Grocery Purchases, (ii) Gas & Electric Vehicle Charging Purchases, (iii) Public Transit Purchases, and (iv) Recurring Bill Payments and Streaming, Digital Gaming & Media Purchases is only available on the first $5,000 in annual Purchases in that category ("Annual Cap"). If your total Purchases in one of these categories (i) through (iv) exceeds the Annual Cap in a year, you will earn the Base Earn Rate on Purchases in that category for the remainder of the year. ¹² TD Growth Savings Account Boosted Rate (Terms and Conditions)

TD Growth Savings Account customers can earn the Boosted Rate instead of the Standard Posted Rate on balances of $5,000 or more with an eligible TD Chequing Account and by completing at least two of three Qualifying Monthly Transactions from an eligible TD Chequing Account each month.

TD Growth Savings Account customers can become eligible in the current month to earn and receive the Boosted Rate on balances of $5,000 or more in the following month.

Step 1: Have an eligible TD Chequing Account

Eligible TD Chequing Accounts include:

TD Unlimited Chequing Account
TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan
TD Wealth Private Banking Chequing Account

Step 2: Complete two out of three Qualifying Monthly Transactions

Two of the three Qualifying Monthly Transactions must be completed from an eligible TD Chequing Account by the last day of the current month, to earn and receive the Boosted Rate on balances of $5,000 or more in the TD Growth Savings Account in the following month.

The Qualifying Monthly Transactions can be completed from one or more eligible TD Chequing Account(s) and at least one account holder must be the same as an account holder of the TD Growth Savings Account.

Qualifying Monthly Transactions include:

Direct Deposit from an employer, pension provider or the Government.
Online Bill Payment through TD EasyWeb or the TD app.
Pre-Authorized Debit payment.

Whether or not a recurring Direct Deposit is acceptable is subject to our approval.

The Boosted Rate is applied instead of the Standard Posted Rate on balances of $5,000 or more with an eligible TD Chequing Account and by completing at least two of three Qualifying Monthly Transactions from an eligible TD Chequing Account each month.

The Boosted Rate is applied to balances of $5,000 or more in the TD Growth Savings Account and paid on the last business day of the following month from when the customer becomes eligible. The TD Growth Savings Account must remain open the entire month including the last business day to receive the Boosted Rate.

Joint Accounts

For any TD Growth Savings Account that is a joint account, at least one account holder on the TD Growth Savings Account must be the same as an account holder of an eligible TD Chequing Account(s) and complete at least two of three Qualifying Monthly Transactions.

The Boosted Rate is calculated in the same way as the Standard Posted Rate.

The terms of the Boosted Rate Eligibility may be changed, extended, or withdrawn at any time.
