The Chequing Account Offer: $500 + 15,000 Aeroplan points (the "Offer") is available to existing TD customers who hold a TD Aeroplan Platinum Credit Card or TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card and received this Offer directly from TD ("Eligible Customers") that are Canadian residents and are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of April 13, 2026. This Offer starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on June 26, 2026 (the "Offer Period"). Eligible Customers can earn $500 in cash and 15,000 Aeroplan points by completing the required activities:

1. Open a New Chequing Account

A TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan or TD Unlimited Chequing Account ("The New Chequing Account") must be opened during the Offer Period.

2. Complete Any Two of the Following Activities

To qualify, any two of the following activities must be completed, with the related transactions posted to the New Chequing Account by August 5, 2026:

Receive a recurring Direct Deposit from an employer, pension provider or government. The Direct Deposit must occur either weekly, biweekly, monthly, or twice per month. Whether or not a recurring Direct Deposit is acceptable for this offer is subject to our approval.
Make an Online Bill Payment of at least $50 using TD EasyWeb or the TD app.
Have a recurring Pre-Authorized Debit of at least $50 come out of the New Chequing Account. Pre-authorized Debit must occur either weekly, biweekly, monthly, or twice per month. Learn more about Pre-Authorized Debits.

Eligibility Restrictions

This offer is not available to:

Customers who already have an existing TD Chequing Account (other than a U.S. Dollar Account) as of April 12, 2026;
Customers who had a TD Chequing Account (other than a U.S. Dollar Account) that was closed on or after April 13, 2025;
Customers who open the New Chequing Account during the Offer Period, but change the account to a type other than the TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan or TD Unlimited Chequing Account before this offer is fulfilled;
Customers who received any TD Chequing Account offers from TD in 2024, 2025, 2026; or
TD staff members or any TD customers who have a joint account with a TD staff member.

Fulfillment:

The $500 cash will be deposited into the New Chequing Account within 12 weeks after all required conditions have been met.
15,000 Aeroplan points will be deposited into the Aeroplan member account linked to the Credit Card Account within 10 weeks after the Offer Period ends.

At the time of fulfillment, the New Chequing Account:

Must still be open, in good standing, and all conditions continue to be met; and
The monthly fee for the New Chequing Account cannot have been waived or rebated for any reason, other than maintaining the minimum monthly balance, receiving a seniors' rebate, or receiving the New to Canada 12-month fee waiver on the TD Unlimited Chequing Account, before the cash offer is deposited into the New Chequing Account.

At the time of fulfillment of the Aeroplan points, the TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum or TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite account must still be open, active, and in good standing.

Limitations:

For any New Chequing Account that is a joint account, at least one account holder must meet the eligibility requirements.
Limit of one $500 Offer per New Chequing Account and per Eligible Customer.

We will apply the Annual Fee Rebate to the Eligible TD Credit Card with the highest annual fee, or, if multiple Eligible TD Credit Cards have the same annual fee, to the Eligible TD Credit Card opened first.
If the Unlimited Account is a joint account, only one accountholder can receive an Annual Fee Rebate. The Annual Fee Rebate will be applied to the Eligible TD Credit Card with the highest annual fee, or, if multiple Eligible TD Credit Cards have the same annual fee, to the Eligible TD Credit Card that was opened first.

In order to receive an Annual Fee Rebate on your Eligible TD Credit Card:

You must have an Unlimited Account at least three business days prior to the date the Annual Fee is charged. At the time the Annual Fee is charged to your Eligible TD Credit Card, the Unlimited Account and the Eligible TD Credit Card must be open and in good standing.

The Annual Fee Rebate will be applied within 2 monthly statements from the date of the statement with the Annual Fee charge.

Closing your Eligible TD Credit Card or transferring to another credit card product before the Annual Fee Rebate has been provided may result in forfeiture of an Annual Fee Rebate.

If you are no longer eligible for the Annual Fee Rebate, the Annual Fee will be charged to the TD Credit Card Account and the Annual Fee Rebate will not be applied. If the All-Inclusive Account is a joint account, only one accountholder can receive an Annual Fee Rebate:
- The Annual Fee Rebate will be applied to the Eligible TD Credit Card with the highest annual fee, or, if multiple Eligible TD Credit Cards have the same annual fee, to the Eligible TD Credit Card that was opened first.
- For greater certainty, the Annual Fee Rebate will no longer be provided to one of the accountholders ("Customer A") if the other accountholder ("Customer B") obtains an Eligible TD Credit Card with a higher annual fee. In this scenario, once Customer B obtains an Eligible TD Credit Card with a higher annual fee, Customer B will become eligible for the Annual Fee Rebate. Customer A will be charged the annual fee for their TD Credit Card in the anniversary month when Customer A's card annual fee was first charged and continue to be charged annually thereafter, without receiving an Annual Fee Rebate.

In order to receive an Annual Fee Rebate on your Eligible TD Credit Card:

You must have an All-Inclusive Account at least three business days prior to the date the Annual Fee is charged.
At the time the Annual Fee is charged to your Eligible TD Credit Card, the All-Inclusive Account and the Eligible TD Credit Card must be open and in good standing.

¹¹TD and Starbucks Linked Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the linked loyalty program that allows eligible participants to earn additional loyalty rewards (the "Linked Loyalty Program") by linking their Eligible TD Card Account (as defined below) to their Canadian Starbucks Rewards account ("Starbucks Rewards Account"). These Terms (a) relate solely to the Linked Loyalty Program; and (b) are separate and distinct from (i) the agreements that govern Eligible TD Card Accounts (as defined below) including the applicable rewards programs associated with such accounts; and (ii) the terms and conditions that govern the Starbucks Rewards program in Canada ("Starbucks Rewards Program").

Definitions: For purposes of the Linked Loyalty Program and these Terms,

One-Time Redemption:	Any time redemption of a minimum of 700 TD Rewards Points.
Auto-Redemption:	Regular ongoing automatic redemptions on such dates and for such amounts requested, subject to a minimum redemption amount of 700 TD Reward Points per redemption. Auto-redemption requests can be modified or cancelled at any time, provided such modification or cancellation requests will be processed on the same business day if received by TD before 11 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time [EST]) and requests received after such time will be completed the following business day.
